Cost savings with Council Tax and Benefit consolidation

XLPrint’s PARIS software is used by Conwy County Borough Council to lower its cost of producing Council Tax correspondence. PARIS software has removed the need for pre-printed stationery and provided an efficient consolidation process to merge Council Tax bills and Benefit documents into a single envelope. These two improvements have lowered annual costs by £16,000. Further savings are now being achieved by the introduction of email delivery.
