Creating distribution and logistics documents
XLPrint's PARIS software enables Bookpoint Limited (previously Littlehampton Book Services) to create all their invoices, labels, delivery notes, using a single design tool. Once designed, the layouts can be used to print on office and production printers or, to be delivered in an electronic form.

Creating Invoices and statements
XLPrint's PARIS software enabled the London Borough of Camden to capture data from their CAPITA Revenue and Benefits application and create high impact, clear correspondence for their residents. PARIS provides the capability to design the document layouts for batch and on-line printing or delivery as an electronic document.

Accomodating non standard design layouts and stationery
Mills and Boon needed to print from AS400 applications using non standard size paper and specific corporate fonts. XLPrint's PARIS software provided a flexible solution which met and exceeded their requirements.

Design and deliver Council Tax documents
The Forest of Dean District Council needed to reduce their printing costs by consolidating printers and implementing a robust Variable Data Publishing tool. XLPrint's PARIS software was selected.

XLPrint's PARIS software enabled SkillSoft Limited (previously GlobalSoft IT) to customise their share certificates and associated letters which were generated by an in house developed application. All changes were implemented without the need to modify the existing legacy application.

High volume bill formating and printing
XLPrint's PARIS software has enabled the Electricity Authority of Cyprus to enhance the presentation of their customer bills and simplify their creation and printing. The Electricity Authority of Cyprus needed a solution to replace their UNIX in-house developed bill printing system. XLPrint's PARIS products were selected to provide a new bill design, including barcodes to simplify cash collection, for production in a high performance printing environment.
