The PARIS Enterprise email & Fax is an optional module that provides a service to process documents, and their associated meta-data, formatted by the PARIS Enterprise software. The service will poll the output directory specified by the PARIS Enterprise software and when a job arrives a job ticket will be presented along with a formatted document. The file is converted to either a PDF or TIFF, formatted, created and sent via email, fax or both, automatically. The PARIS EDO™ email console is included as a monitoring tool, to configure, manage, and view progress and error reports.
