PARIS Implementation Service

PARIS products can be installed by our clients but XLPrint recommends that our experienced consultants undertake the first installation for new PARIS products.

We offer implimentation services in the following areas:

PARIS Business Designer and Spooler Installation

This service will provide you with an experienced XLPrint consultant who will install and ensure your PARIS Business system is working correctly. The One day activity includes:

  • Installation of a single spooler on the client’s chosen PC.
  • Installation of a single PARIS Design seat on the Spooler PC.
  • Setting up an agreed print queue.
  • Confirmation of data transfer from Host system to Spooler.
  • Confirmation of test document delivery to chosen printer.

PARIS Enterprise Designer and Spooler standard installation

This service will provide you with an experienced XLPrint consultant who will install and ensure your PARIS Enterprise system is working correctly. The One day activity includes:

  • Installation of a single spooler on the client’s chosen server.
  • Installation of a single PARIS Design seat on the client’s chosen PC.
  • Setting up an agreed print queue.
  • Confirmation of data transfer from Host system to Spooler.
  • Confirmation of test document delivery to chosen printer.

PARIS Enterprise Archive installation

This service will provide you with an experienced XLPrint consultant who will install and ensure your PARIS Enterprise Archive system is working correctly. The One day activity includes:
  • Installation of the Archive software on either the PARIS Spooler server or a separate server.
  • Creation of PDF/TIFF plus Index file.
  • Modification of PARIS document creation rules to use the archive functions.

PARIS Enterprise Email and Fax installation

This service will provide you with an experienced XLPrint consultant who will install and ensure your PARIS Enterprise email system is working correctly. The One day activity includes:

• Installation of the email software on either the PARIS Enterprise Spooler server or a separate server.
• Connection to Email SMTP server.
• Modification of PARIS document creation rules to use Email functions.
